Stilbaar handpicks garments from leading sustainable brands. To meet our circular criteria, the garments must be made of materials that can be regenerated into new garments, and ideally are designed with circularity in mind (easy disassembly, timeless styling, etc.). We focus on cellulose-based fibres such as cotton, linen, modal, etc., and avoid plastics-based fibres — even those capable of being regenerated — due to the microplastics they emit.

Equally important, the brands behind the garments we sell must have a proven dedication to sustainability, and be transparent about their sustainability successes and failures. Most of our brands publish an annual Sustainability Report, and you can find links to these reports in the brand pages below.
