General Information
Unless otherwise indicated, orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 working days. Processing of orders placed over the weekend or during public bank holidays will not begin until the next working day.
Note that we currently ship only within the UK. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2 business days.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
